Please note that when booking a reservation e-ticket, it may take up to 30 minutes before you receive a confirmation email with the ticket attached.
If you booked with the Interrail Self-Service and you have not received your confirmation email after 1 hour, please go to ‘View Reservations’ in your Interrail account overview. You can download the e-tickets from there too. If you can’t find your reservation there, please submit a request to get in touch with the DiscoverEU Team.
If you ordered a paper ticket, and it was shipped, but you have not received it yet, please check the courier’s track&trace information. If you have issues, please submit a request to get in touch with the DiscoverEU Team.
