Which codes will I have to use during my DiscoverEU adventure?
Once you finalize the DiscoverEU application process, you will receive an application code via e-mail. This code refers to your application. If you wish to travel in a group, all the members of your group will have to use the same application code in order to be part of your group. The application code is thus the group code for all the members of the group. If you apply as an individual, you will also receive an application code that will refer only to your application.
The applicant ID is a unique code that you will receive once you have been awarded as a winner of DiscoverEU. This code is personal, which means it refers to one participant only.
Mobile pass number
The mobile pass number is a code that you will receive via email. You will find this code in the confirmation e-mail sent by Interrail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the subject "Your order is confirmed – here’s what’s next". This pass number allows you to log in into the Rail Planner App and organize your trip in the application.
Kindly note that only the participants who have chosen the Flex Pass option will receive a mobile pass number. The participants who chose the Fix Pass option will not receive a mobile pass number.
